Executor event limit

Given that we have to wait a whole month for this event, there is no indication anywhere that there is a limit to how many attempts players can make.

I only need four more successful runs at getting my Executor to 7*, why is there any limit when I am spending gems?

CG, please fix this or extend the current event another day.

Just buy the pack for the remaining shards.

There’s rarely an indication of how many refreshes there are. (For those wondering, it’s 19, so 200 Executor shards from the event.)

But yeah, if you have the crystals there’s a pack in the store for 10 Shards for 1,250 crystals.

There is no indication of any limit on the amount of attempts you can refresh for the bonus tier.. Why should someone have to wait even longer, or spend even more crystals simply because CG can't be bothered to indicate a limit. It kind of makes planning pointless if you're planning on spending 999 crystals/10 shards only to be told you now have to spend 1250 crystals/10 shards because of CGs laziness lol

That cap has been around since the beginning, though, so you could have made it part of your planning.

Not that I condone capping the 999 crystal source of blueprints in order to promote the 1250 crystal source. But it’s not a freakishly surprising situation, like - uhm - nerfing a toon to the ground and not refunding the resources spent on that toon…

Sure, it would be nice to say, but if you are planning ahead for refreshes, then you have outside info on the event anyway because the game also doesn't really tell you you can refresh the final tier or that you won't get a 7* from the event. So if you are getting this info, you can also find out it only refreshes 19 times.

Amazing how everyone on every post on this forum goes right past the point of the post lol. I’m sure he’s very well aware of all the suggestions you guys have made to get additional shards. The point is there should be no caps on these events. Just like there should be no caps on squad arena. Yes it’s been implemented in the beginning we all know, but things in the beginning by average and most developers get a QOL update that makes life easier for the player. Unfortunately because CG is so “poor” this would be way to expensive to implement.

You must be new here if you think "everyone" is supposed to wallow in anguish for this poor fellow who is whaling out and finally hit a wall on this event. We skipped that part and gave him something practical. And I'm pretty sure we've all given up on CG doing much that benefits the player base, so forgive us that we didn't grab our pitchforks and torches.
