Don't. He only really brings one skill to the table, that is +50% turn meter for Clones. If you want that skill, Phasma has it already. But she affects the entire team, and has additional useful skills too.

Ok obviously you have a lot more experience with clones than me so I'll listen to you haha my is phasma at 6* fives 5* and sarge is 4* long road yet haha
yeah i have a 6* plo koon, and kinda disappointed... i stopped farming him... after i've maxed out a few others i might get him up to 7*, but not prioritising him
