Any reason I couldn’t target ddk here?

Running the padme sm, I was trying to hit anyone but magna (so he wouldn’t retaliate and gain taunt) but it wouldn’t let me? I don’t see a taunt, and no one is stealthed? Second time this LSTB where I’m stuck targeting magna guard where I should be able to hit someone else?

Ideas?

Definitely a bug (I think he's taunting but the buff isn't showing) or could be something else entirely
