LSGTB Sniper speeds out 358 HY and did instant kill (Bug?)

Hi,
did someone encounter the same problem? I played sector 2 middle light mission and used JKL team. HY had speed of 358. I started the mission and the sniper droid startet first and killed my Aayla Secura instantly. I did a complete remodding for this mission and Aayla was not low on health and or protection (105k in sum). How can sniper outspeed a 358 HY?

Seems to be a bug for me or can someone explain this?

Sniper Droid likes to instant kill whenever it feels like, it's a bug that's been around for a while and has never been fixed
I'm sure someone else can explain why it was so fast

Yes it can instant kill with 15+ stacks, otherwise it deals good damage and stuns. It shouldn't insta kill on the start of the fight.
