Marquee protection

Anyone else find the amount of protection enemies have to be way too much for their gear tier? Compared to the amount of health they have where a simple sneeze can kill them.

Is it some mechanism to keep players engaged as they chip away at the white bar? Even on auto? Just to fill in time to breeze by marquees?

I guess it's there to make Death Trooper less effective. Using someone else instead would make more sense, but hey, it's CG...

And Ninth sisters first special applies up to 6 dots that hit like raindrops. Really well thought presentation
