When is tomorrow ?

I know it’s not the first time we have a galactic chase but I don’t remember how it works. Will it start at midnight CG time, or does it change depending of time zone, or is it linked to the ‘start of a new day’ in swgoh (which is for instance 5 in the morning for me), or something else entirely ?
