Punished for Success?

Can someone "in the know" please explain how win/loss affects matchmaking? We are now 21-9 and have faced three guilds in a row that were 40mil higher than us.

I know everyone is struggling with TW matchmaking...just trying to understand if anyone has cracked the code on how success plays into it.

I don't think anyone here understands how it is supposed to work. I sure have not seen a good explanation. I thought I had an idea at one time, but I keep on getting surprised.
