Accessing current ticket

The other day I accidentally spent 640 crystals for 16 zaalbar shards and immediately opened a ticket over in the help option. Never heard anything so I opened another one and got a message nick finally saying they were deleting the second ticket and to access my other one if needed but everytime I exit that chat it takes me right back to the game. How do I get into the current ticket to check progress
