Fix Fleets

because you don't focus on fixing once and for all the disaster you have mounted with the fleets of ships, it can't be that the most important thing in the game, the GA and the arenas are a pure lottery, before continuing to add new things, fix that once dang time, everyone is tired of this and you do nothing!!!!

I don't really see a problem with ships, so clearly not everyone. My only pet peeve with ships is that there still isn't a load-out option such as with squads, so it gets a little tedious when I have to manually select every single ship for every single fleet. But eh, it works.
