Takes me 6-7 battles daily to reach PO, and I estimate I lose 3 battles a week.
How else do you think they determine who moves first when your capital ships are exactly the same?

You do realize, that you could track your own matches and provide those stats yourself, right? (make sure Executor speeds are identical).
