It says when IG-2000 is brought in, the highest and lowest health enemy have target lock for 2 turns that cannot be evaded. My opponent (Hounds tooth, Razor Crest, xanadu blood, Slave 1) appeared to evade since no target lock was inflicted. Can the target lock be deflected?
I’m sure there’s something simple I’m missing but can’t figure it out for the life of me.
Before some pedant chimes in, the cooldown reduction is technically triggered by all enemies being breached. While this *could* happen before the contract is reached, it would be exceptionally rare.
Not sure what the person above me is talking about with regards to cooldowns, but the Target Lock from IG2000 can still be resisted, just not evaded. If your opponent has Chaff or fails the Potency vs. Tenacity check, they can resist the Target Lock.

The target lock can be resisted. So while you avoid foresight, dodge chance, and evasion up, you can still lose the potency check.
