You push a button and nothing happens. I see cheaters often, the good ones only cheat a battle or two, just enough to win.

Honestly don’t even bother. I messaged him 1-2 months ago about a evident cheater and he is still rampaging on through GAC. The cheater report system is an absolute joke they could care less.
