Kyle unique is fixed on LS Geo TB?

I'm getting Kyle soon up and running for LS Geo, but I knew his unique was bugged; he wasn't gaining any TM whatsoever at the start of the battle, only way he was gaining it was if he had his omicron

I don't want to put an omi on him for something that should work without it lol, and I'm REALLY counting on that extra "speed" on the beginning

Anyone knows if this is fixed alredy?

Rebel Fighters; the unique bug is only happening on the TB, you can see this by watching youtube videos and seeing he start with no TM if he doesn't have the omicron

Thing is, I can't find recent videos, just 3-4 months ago, so I don't know if this is fixed or not (knowing CG, is not fixed, but still wanna know)
