L3 Omicron - Leaderless Droids

In GAC, if no leader is in the leader slot and all allies of L3 are droids, L3 gains the ability "Free the Droids."
Free the Droids - all Droid allies have their stats boosted to Relic 7 for the remainder of the encounter, until L3 dies.
