How many months do you think it’ll take for me to get them to their relic?

Depends on your crystal and gear income. 3-6 maybe. 9 if you are slacking off &/or dragging along in a weak guild.

It depends. What place do you typically get in fleet arena? Where do you normally finish in heroic sith raid? How is your guild doing in TB?

I'd guess 2-4 months if you focus 100%. The variation is due to how much crystals, guild currency, get1, get2, and random gear you get from arena and guild events.

I’m working really hard on the characters I just need to max out krennic and veers

You still need a lot of gear and the relics. Do not underestimate that.

But stay focused on your goal and you'll get there eventually.
