The Help

If the only thing your outsourced helpdesk reps can do is provide a link to the troubleshooting guide, why not replace them with another line of code in the support droid that just says "please refer to the troubleshooting guide at *link*"? And use the money you save to, idk, maybe hire another dev to make the game less buggy and crashy?

As infuriating as all-bot support is, it's less infuriating than outsourced human support reps who act like bots.
