Trouble claiming conquest rewards

Box looks like I get 1 datacron. Had 30 so dismantled one, still saying can't claim, dismantled another, still can't claim. Anyone else having this problem? Won't let me get any of my rewards

Apparently the rewards box has 3 despite graphically only showing 1
