Account switch/issue

Hey guys/CG,

I have problem which happened to me twice this week about account switch during conquest battle as on screen below and lost energy due to that. Is there a way how to avoid it or what to do with that? Even the account offense to me by game is not mine.

This happened to me A LOT over the 4th of July weekend, I ended up resetting my network settings on my phone and that seemed to help.
