Guildleader disappeared...

Hello, I've been filing a ticket with EA Help, restarted the ticket twice already, but they keep answering that they cannot do a thing about removing our inactive leader or simply replacing him: they say some functionnalities were removed by the backend team, and that they notably can't do that replacement anymore...
They insisted on the fact that I should plead my case here.

So, what should be my next move?
Of course, I'm an officer in my guild...

EA help will always be the wrong people to go to, no matter which game has their logo slapped on it. @CG_Tusken_Meathead or @CG_SBCrumb might be able to help, or at least point you in the right direction

For info, I finally obtained the lead by insisting every 3 days and relaunching the same ticket by e-mail, and asking for an answer very politely. So, EA Help can be helpful, you just have to persist...
