Energy and sim cap

So this may be a big ask but I think the sim cap per reset should be increase from 5 to 6 (I sim x2 at a time) so we can sim (x2) 3 times.

And the energy cap should be increased from 144 to compensate. It would be nice to be able to sim 2 hard nodes @ 20 energy per sim completly.
