Who should get the Droid Caller?

I have 2 Droid Callers and was wondering who best to give them to...RG, Dakar, Poggle or QGJ? RG is only 5* lvl 72(almost 6*) but the others are 7* lvl 72

Depends on the rest of your lineup and who you can use effectively in both arena and GW. E.g. if you run a droid team, go with Poggle; if you run a jedi team, QGJ etc.

I have 3 - which I'm probably going to use for Daka, Poggle, Ackbar (in that order of priority).

The best advice is probably to wait another week to see what changes the update brings...
