Rebellion New Order looking for new recruits

Rebellion New Order is looking for 2+ experienced recruits to fill our ranks. We are part of the Guardians of the Whills alliance. 381M looking to get back up to about 400M.
What we are looking for:
Experienced players who have a strong focused roster. Preferred GP of 6M+ with at least one GL and Executor/Profundity. However, if you are below that but are super focused and have a solid roster, you will still be considered. Those who know how to not preload opposing teams in TW.
We exclusively run the new ROTE TB and get 24 stars but only about 3-4 Reva shards.
DS Geo we got 31-32 stars and LS Geo we got 22-23 stars.
HPIT and HAAT raid on sim and complete HSITH in roughly an hour, and CPIT in less than a day. We will not be running Krayt Dragon raid at first.
Mandatory TB participation in all phases and must follow officer instructions. TW participation is required if you join, that means setting defenses and earning offensive banners.
Must be willing to farm inquisitors for GI, Third Sister and Scythe (Scythe for ROTE platoons).
