My ally lied.
Borrowing an ally:
Went to someones level 73 phasma with the descrip "18% chance for an assist" and thought that the person should really up that since you can at 72. Borrowed them and clicked on the phasma to see the actual toon info. This phasma IS 20% assist chance.
So the ally displays might not always be correct.
My phasma is 66 still waiting for that bump.
