Rule of Two journey idea

Had a thought for bringing in Sith under the Rule of Two. I'll leave the details to people smarter than me, but basic idea here following the template of recent journey guide additions.
Journey character:
Darth Bane
Marquees:
Darth Zannah
Darth Cognus
Darth Tenebrous
Darth Plagieus
All toons have 3v3 GAC Unique omicron Rule of Two: if at the start of battle, only 2 sith allies and no other allies, grant Sith Master (leader) and Sith Apprentice (ally) unique buffs.
It would be specific to each toon as to who leads (i.e Bane leads Zannah, Zannah leads Cognus, Tenebrous leads Plagieus). Then if leader is defeated, grant the ally a boost or they lose Sith Apprentice and gain Sith Master.
