Crit Hit Immunity and Vulnerable

Hey guys,
I was wondering, do you know if the buff Critical Hit Immunity or the debuff Vulnerable will take priority when a character has both? I was in a recent GC and it came up when each were on my enemy. Thanks!

Crit Immunity = +999900% Crit Avoid
Vulnerable = -500000% Crit Avoid
