No accelerated leveling of characters

When pumping characters to gear 11, you have to use 500 Mk 9 Kyrotech Battle Computer and 500 Mk 7 Kyrotech Power Converter which are not accelerated. Therefore, some old characters have not yet been given Gear 13. When will the need for Kyrotech for leveling 10 times be reduced by 10 times? Or reduce the price by 10 times for the purchase of these things. This will speed up the development of characters and new accounts.
