Legacy Raids - Unable to participate

So my wife's guild ran the triumvirate raid and as a guild obtained the max guild reward without everyone participating (yay for them) but with having been locked out all day yesterday she has gone to do her runs this morning and when loading in immediately gets the raid end cutscene and can't put any damage out. Now she is locked out from the personal rewards track, is this working as intended or a massive mess up?

Sith raid doesn’t have a personal rewards track

There is no personal reward track in the legacy raids. If she gets the guild reward after the raid is over everything is working fine.

Ahh ok didn't realise that, shame she was looking forward to actually playing the raid.
