It's impossible to get personal rewards for the raid

Are personal rewards for a raid given out once? If not, why does it show what is received where it is impossible to get?

Yes. 5 days ago. The raid only started today.

Its a bug... You lose those first raid you do with your new guild, but they will be back next time you do a raid...

Yes. You can ask help line. But they are not informed about the existence of this bug.

I.e. it is necessary to wait 48 hours after joining the guild. Then wait another 3 days - if the raid was launched during the fine.
Enter a new raid - and also do not receive personal awards!
It's just great!
