Can I swap SEE for EP in Mara Jade team

The default recommended Mara Jade team according to CG is:
EP, DV, Thrawn, MJ and Stormtrooper
I don't have Starkiller(MJ and Starkiller go together) and was wondering If I can swop SEE for EP
For example: SEE, DV, Thrawn, MJ and Stormtrooper

MJ is designed for EP. His lead grants TM when people apply debuffs which is MJ’s stock in trade

SEE would be completely out of place with that team. If you’re intending to run Mara Jade, Emperor Palpatine should always be the lead
