JML and max health datacron

I'm probably understanding the mechanics wrong, but shouldn't JML's special ability damage increase with the current datacron set, that increases Max Health? I've tested in Arena and it doesn't seem to be the case.

No. Only the stats only the 1/2/4/5/7/8 levels will affect JML's True Damage.

It is calculated off his "base" Protection at the start of battle. Before any Uniques or Leads are applied.
