Does Bastila need to be in the lead for her DC to be active? I'm using her with JKR lead, Jolee, Old Ben, and JKL and none of the Old Republic toons are getting the bonuses from Bastila's DC.

Correct. It is currently bugged and only works if she is in the lead.

It has been confirmed as a bug.
