Statistics on TB

New tool for officers, GP stats, well suited for Rise of the Empire TB. But make a separate division of statistics into pawn and fleet for those guilds that go to TB Geonosis and TB HOT.

When the warehouse was merged into the lower territory, this is not displayed in the middle territory. And vice versa.
