The capital ship Endurance needs an upgrade. This is the only ship that generally loses to everyone else, even with a fleet from the galactic republic.

Not the same situation. The Leviathan meant to be the new meta and its investment is the highest among any capital to this day

There's not enough GR ships for both Nego and Endurance anyway, so it's pointless to boost Endurance until we get more ships.
