Clarification on "Known issue: Jabba Journey Guide"

I want to make sure the problem vaguely described in today's announcements is the problem I'm having. I had unlocked Jabba and was halfway through acquiring the Ultimate, when today I accidentally clicked on the "Begin Journey" with the new Leia GL. When I went back to Jabba to continue getting material for the Ultimate, the screen says "Journey Complete," and Dark Side currency is no longer available, and while I can play Tier V, I don't get any material for the effort. Is this a bug related to the Leia release, or does this happen anytime you start a new journey before finishing the Ultimate tier of the journey you had been working on?

From what I’ve seen from others, this is the same issue. Jabba’s event appears completed even if it’s not.

It was fixed before the day was out! *phew*

After uninstalling the game and installing it again I was able to continue the event. But when I finished it I only have 11/12 for the special ability
