Rework Lord Vader

For a GL that requires 4 Relic 8s and more, on top of being the most important character in Star Wars lore, his current performance is not up to that standard. This is very evident from the numerous off-meta counters he is susceptible to and even requiring a certain conquest unit to be 'relevant' but not even #2 GL minimally. If you want players to be more willing to spend money on your game for this particular character, he should be #1 or #2 minimally comparative to other GLs.
As a character with an aggressive nature, he should be built into an even bigger powerhouse, enabling him to function much better on offense, especially in GAC context.
