Similar problem for me. I completed 11/12 and was working on the last ultimate battle. Next time I logged on the game it changed to 3/12. This was late September and I reported it via HelpShift Chat 3x. I’ve never had an issue before and it’s frustrating because no one is giving any real solution or update. Don’t make me do all those battles again and re-earn ultimate tokens.

So unfortunately they didn't give an actual date that it will be fixed, but it sounds like they've got a fix going through review right now.
