Lost GL tickets due to game crash, GL Rey event

I was doing the Rey event for Ult materials and the game crashed on me, losing me 70 GL tickets. Is there a way for me to get these tickets refunded? I asked in game and they said they couldn't do anything and to go here. Kind of ridiculous that they can't refund me the tickets, as I've spent well over $1000 in the 4 years of playing and never put in a support ticket for a refund. Its not like I am lying to CG to get over on them.

you should be able to get more GL event tickets by completing missions

They won't refund you the tickets just because your game crashed. It happens to everybody. It's one of those things where you're just gonna have to deal with it.
