I have 11 gl material but cant unlock jabba ult

i have 11 gl material and lost 3 to game crashs, i dont understand why i cant unlock jabba's ult!!!
itrs driving me crazy, what should i do?

If you have 11/12 and it won't let you attempt the Ult Tier any more, it is possible that you lost them to a crash.

Create a thread on AHQ, they will get you the missing Ult Mat.

I never got an Ult Mat. They just un-Completed Jabba's Journey, so I could spend DS Tickets for that final attempt. Nothing for free.

I got it guys finally, after losing 210 tokens to crashs, its really 12 ult materials not 10

Oh. The 11/12 wasn’t a tip off, I guess.

Not every GL requires the same amount of ult tokens. Some are higher than others.
