Proving Grounds doesn't make sense

1) Refresh cost is just too much
2) Let's say I can beat all missions right after unlocking (I can beat 3). I will get all (in my case 3) characters at once after 18 months. This is so wired. How that makes any sense? 1 or all characters in 18 months.
Why is not 1 character in 6 months?

Why not change missions to shared and add more shards to drop?

I've often wondered about this - you end up with possibly unlocking LOTS of strong characters in a very short window of time - so most of them will sit in your roster without gear or zetas for a long time after you unlock them, unless you were hoarding for them. But if your roster is that new chances are you can't afford to hoard.

CLS and Padme can beat 5 missions. I have 3 in my first run. I expect 2 more in second which means I will get 5 characters almost at the same time. I unlocked Rey also so it will be 6 or more if I get her ulti until conquest ends.
