This morning I woke up to discover my account had been wrongfully banned.
I would like to understand why and recover it.

You need to DM CG_Leviathan with your ally code and the basis for your appeal. It’s always a good idea to acknowledge anything you may have done to break any rules. So be open if:
You used an APK etc to boost your stats (either PvP or PvE)
You bought or took over someone else’s account
You bought crystals from a source other than the game or official web store
Etc

Then they will look at your appeal
