Lightspeed Bundles

Hello,

I started playing the game some time ago and I am level 63. Now I have read about the Lightspeed Bundles and wanted to buy one, but they are not displayed in the shop.
Am I doing something wrong or are there requirements to be able to buy them?

You have to be a player level 85 to see the light speed bundles

No I saw the light speed bundle when I reached level 30 I’m now max level 85 so it’s probably random for players
