What is an efficient farming method to get characters to gear 13?
I am willing to spend 2-3 hundred crystals per day

Should be spending 300 crystal per day on cantina farming alone for relic material. Most efficient way though is having a plan and sticking to it. Don't get distracted by something new and shiny, stick to you plan.

Raid Currency for Gear 12 materials if that’s what you’re asking. There’s always 5-15 pieces of gear I always need for characters in the guild store and I’ll snatch it up every time I see it
