Basic: Turbolasers, targeted enemy loses 10 percent turn meter if it misses, if the attack hits, that unit loses 10 percent health/shield instead
Special: Ion Cannons, All enemies on the field lose turn meter if it misses and those units are stunned for one turn if it hits
Special: Deceiver All allied units gain 4 stacks of Bribery, which is used for extra bonus turns and reduce enemy turn meter
Ultimate: Heavy Plasma Cannon, All allied units gain protection for one turn and enemies gain breach
Commander Unique: Asteroids? Let Them Come in and Get Me, If area attacks are used against you, Zann Consortium units only take 75 percent of that damage, instant kills will destroy any unit, but the unit will reappear in your reinforcements, and all Zann Consortium units gain cloak
The unit reappearing could actually be even stronger since if you call them back it's basically a revive AND they redeploy their reinforcement ability,
