Gear Find not consistent

Over the past couple of weeks, when I start with a character and do a gear find, every now and then the results do not come up with a shipment store containing the piece, but when I go through the shipment stores it is there in the Shard shop or some other one. Other times and characters pieces do appear with the find.

Does anyone know what is going on with the random results?

And there was not a refresh between doing the find search and then going to the shipments.

It wont load most shipments unless you manually go to shipments first. After that gear find ahould display them normally
