Starkiller bundles bug?

I have a problem about the starkiller bundle in the in game shop, because when i want to buy it, a message appears like « someone have offer you this gift, please check you sendbox » (write in french) but i have nothing and the bundle disappear and I haven’t receive the bundles?

Is it a bug or just the time to refresh ?

The same just happened to me. You SHOULD be able to get it back into the shop by clicking on the settings cog, then "Restore Purchases", however it doesn't get rid of the message that says someone has brought it for you. I assume that this links with the announcement in the Dev notes about it incorrectly marking the item as purchased if either you cancel or get a payment error. There is a red button that will come up that says something like "Clear purchasing inbox" or similar, but I don't know if that solves the problem and wouldn't want to try it if it doesn't. Only positive is that it doesn't charge you either!

I tried « restore purchase » but nothing can be restored, so I guess that is this problem… the red button give the possibilities to delete the pack for the person who buy the pack…

I hope the problem will be cleared soon or the pack will come back next week

This seems to be an issue with the bundles universally. I have the same issue with the Raddus Bundle

In the meantime clear your cache & see if that helps (eg delete and reload your game app)

Cheers for putting up the link, that's the post I was talking about. To be honest it's probably safest just not to try and purchase until there is a message that says it is sorted out, at least there's an incentive to sort it out quickly!
