QGJ Humbling Blow success rate?

I've noticed over the past couple days that Humbling Blow doesn't always remove a positive status effect and give my team offense up. As far as I recall it always worked in the past as long as the enemy wasn't killed by the move.

How's your success rate been lately? I have him at max VIII gear except for that one piece we can't get yet.

Mine gets resisted a lot, which is a PITA.

I'd say mine is typically greater than 80%. As levels increase and more gear is equipped on toons, if their tenacity increases then that's gonna have an effect on it.

Use humbling blow on characters with lower tenacity. QGJ also gets some potency upgrades soon.

I hardly ever use him outside Arena and that too to remove a taunt. Pretty good, 8 out of 10? Maybe.

My humbling blow isn't very reliable either. I though it was just me but I guess not.
