GRAND ADMIRAL THRAWN
Dark Side, Support, Empire, Fleet Commander, Imperial Remnant, Leader

LEADER: Legendary Strategist (Final Text, Omicron)
Empire and Imperial Remnant allies have +15% Max Protection, +25% Offense, and gain 20% Turn Meter whenever they Resist a detrimental effect, dispel an effect or suffer a debuff. Whenever an Empire or Imperial Remnant ally gains or loses a status effect, they recover 2% Protection. Non-Empire Imperial Remnant allies gain a new Special ability, Maneuver.
While in Territory Wars or 5v5 Grand Arena: When an enemy is inflicted with Fracture, they lose all Protection. At the start of the battle, non-Empire Imperial Remnant allies gain Heir to the Empire until they are defeated, which can't be copied, dispelled or prevented. When an ally with Heir to the Empire would receive Buff Immunity or Debuff Immunity, they dispel it and gain 10% Counter Chance and Tenacity (stacking) until they are defeated. Thrawn takes reduced damage from Percent Health damage effects and massive damage effects.
Heir to the Empire: Dispel a random buff or debuff on this character when using an ability.


UNIQUE: Ebb And Flow (Final Text, Zeta)
Thrawn has +100% Counter Chance, +100% Tenacity, and -50% Speed while any enemies are Fractured. Whenever another Empire ally or ally with Heir to the Empire uses a Special ability while Thrawn is active, that ally gains 15% Turn Meter and, if any enemies are Fractured, Thrawn and Fractured enemies lose 15% Turn Meter.
