BASIC: Blade of Talzin (Final Text, Omega)
Deal Physical damage to target enemy, inflict Plague for 1 turn and if they were Fractured, attack again and dispel all buffs on them. All allies with Heir to the Empire then gain 1 Protection Over Time effect and immediately recover 1% Protection for every combined effect on allies.

SPECIAL 1: The Target is Priceless (Final Text, Omega) 3-turn cooldown
Dispel all debuffs on allies with Heir to the Empire and call them to Assist dealing 50% less damage and inflicting Plague for 1 turn. If any enemies were defeated since Morgan Elsbeth's last turn, all allies gain 5 Protection Over Time effects and 3 stacks of Advantage; Fractured enemies receive three stacks of Expose and are Fractured again.

Nightsister allies and allies with Heir to the Empire gain 1 Protection Over Time effect at the start f any character's turn if there were no effects on them. Enemies with both Plague and Fracture receive 100% more damage from all attacks, doubled for those from Nightsister allies.
