Hello. So does the speed mods and speed mods’ secondary stats makes every character to get to attack and make set of moves in the first turns and makes them to have higher chances of receiving attacks but not take any damages before it starts to receive damages affecting the characters’ health bars?

The only thing that speed affects is turn sequence.
