R3 gets you Datacrons, R5 is probably the best effectiveness-to-expense ratio, R7-8 will be the most damage and get you ROTE capable. Depends what you’re looking for.
SK would appreciate the damage boosts from R7/8 more than quite a few others, but R5 is a good baseline IMO.
